I found the Le Gusto heavy-duty kitchen shears to be quite useful. They are built quite strong and function well. I have used them in several applications so far and they have performed wonderfully. The scissor action is very smooth and the blades are sharp upon first use. I found the handles to be very comfortable, even when using them for a prolonged period of time.
I cleaned them under hot tap water with dish soap, although they are also dishwasher safe. I really appreciate that Le Gusto included a storage cap so that they can be safely stored. I really had no complaints about this product at all. Based on my own personal experience, I would definitely recommend them to others.
