I’ve been using the Lewonde back stretcher / lumbar support / neck support device for several days as a lumbar support on my work chair and it has really made a difference. I usually have a sore back after many hours of sitting at work because I’m constantly leaning forward to type. With the Lewonde back support behind me, I can now sit up comfortably because it conforms to the curvature of my back.
It took me a few tries to get to the perfect setting, but once I had it in the right notch, it was perfect. Overall assembly of the Lewonde back stretcher was very easy from unboxing to first use.
This is more than just a lumbar support device though. You can lay it flat on the floor and use it to do numerous exercises such as sit-ups and yoga. The curved part will actually move with you to help you maintain a natural fluid motion.
I personally didn’t care too much for using it as a neck support. It was a little uncomfortable for me for that use, but it could just be that my body type wasn’t right for that use. As a back stretcher and lumbar support, I would give this product 5 stars.
