Today I am reviewing the iBeautyLabs orange collagen anti-aging hydrating face mask. Before I even get into my review I’m going to say that I absolutely LOVED the ease of using this mask and I am definitely going to order several more. 🙂
Firstly, I placed the mask in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes prior to using it. I did this ats per the suggestion of the manufacturer’s instruction, and it really did add to the overall enjoyment of the mask. The added coolness helped to tighten my skin with an effect I could feel right away.
Putting the mask on was a slight bit of a challenge at first. It was a little bit slippery, as it is packaged in a liquid. I had to use my fingers to open up the holes a bit for the eyes and mouth, as well as get the bridge part onto my nose correctly. I have a small nose, so it hung slightly past my nose, but it was not uncomfortable. The mask did not have a very strong scent. At least I couldn’t notice it that much.
Once I got the mask situated on my face, I sat back and relaxed for about 30 minutes and let it do it’s magic. It was very relaxing and soothing on my face. I could feel the hydration and cooling effect the entire time. It was very relaxing. Once it was in place, the mask did not move around at all. It stayed put rather well.
After 30 minutes I removed the mask and felt very refreshed. I was skeptical before I tried it, but to be honest, my face felt toned after I removed the mask. I also noticed that my crows feet were somewhat less noticeable. How long that will last, only time will tell. But I will definitely be ordering several more of these masks. I’ve never been into spa type treatments much, but this was wonderful. What I liked best is that there was little to no cleanup afterwards. I have always been intimidated by face masks because they look so messy. This was so easy because it’s pretty much like a super-moist silicon material. I simply removed the mask and rinsed my face off. I would definitely recommend it to others.
