I’ve been using Nature’s Branch Foreskolin for about a month and a half now. I’ve noticed a definite boost in my energy and metabolism. I’ve lost 6 pounds in my first month on it. I take just one capsule in the morning and it helps control my appetite throughout the entire day. I don’t find myself wandering off for snacks like I used to. I just feel satisfied all day since I started taking Forskolin.
